Improvements to State Road 128 (San Juan Avenue) from US-17 (Roosevelt Blvd) to SR 211 (Herschel Street) include milling and resurfacing, curb and gutters, traffic signals, highway signing, sidewalks/bicycle path and other incidental construction. Duval Asphalt’s crews paved 0.397 miles with approximately 900 tons of asphalt.
