Monday, July 27, 2020 Duval Asphalt responded to a phone call at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning requesting an emergency repair on I-10 eastbound, just west of the U.S. 301 interchange in Baldwin, FL.  A 5-vehicle traffic accident involved a semi-truck that hit the guardrail and overturned, spilling diesel fuel and other fluids across all eastbound
