Our team is working on major reconstruction of the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway North Lot. This area totals 41,130 square yards. That’s equivalent to six and a half football fields!
To start the project, the base was milled up and replaced back. Then after new drain boxes and drain piping were installed, another 10 inches of recycled concrete base was added to the reclaimed base to raise the entire elevation, improving drainage.
The improved lot will be capped with approximately 5000 tons of 12.5mm asphalt pavement with 40% RAP.
