Duval Asphalt’s paving crews completed an approximately nine mile mill and resurfacing project with over 60,500 tons of asphalt on US 17 in Palatka, Florida. This project extended from the Clay County line at Sungarden Road south to West River Road. Other improvements included base work, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, traffic signals, highway signage and other incidental construction.
