Rena Deihl joined the Duval Asphalt team in 2020 and is making a big impact at the company! She is a plant operator and works at all three plants in the Jacksonville area. Although she has little experience, she embraces all learning opportunities and has impressed her colleagues.
“She has been a great addition to our team, Glad to have her on our side,” said General Superintendent Mike Durst.
“As the Quality Control Manager for Duval Asphalt, I can honestly say that Rena learns and adapts faster than anyone I’ve seen. With very little experience, she stepped up to the challenge of producing Virgin OGFC for our US1 project at night. Her communication skills and total attentiveness to the job at hand is proving to be very effective to topping this project out. Keep up the good work Rena, glad to have you on the controls!” said Duval Asphalt QC Manager Steve McReynolds.
