Duval Asphalt crews recently completed the 3.957 mile improvements on US-17 in Fleming Island, Florida. The project used over 26,000 tons of asphalt and consisted of milling and resurfacing, base work, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, curb & gutter, traffic signals, lighting, highway signing, guardrail and sidewalks.
