Project Overview
This project at Nocatee included milling the existing asphalt in two drive lane entrances and parking areas, followed by installation of new asphalt and restriping to the existing layout. These improvements replaced worn pavement with a smooth, durable surface, enhancing traffic flow, safety, and overall appearance while bringing a clean, restored look to the community for residents and visitors. The project spanned across 33,000 square yards and used approximately 3000 tons of asphalt.
