Project Overview
Our team completed a large-scale project (Project Gator) at IKO’s new $270 million manufacturing campus in Clay County, Florida. IKO is a global manufacturer of roofing, waterproofing, and insulation products. This project marked the company’s first facility in Florida. The project included 30,900 square yards of asphalt placement for parking and high-traffic areas, designed to support heavy loads and continuous industrial use.
This project spanned over approximately 31,000 square yards and used approximately 8500 tons of asphalt.
