Duval Asphalt’s crews finalized the paving portion of the Urban Core Project including the Hart Bridge Expressway and Talleyrand Connector. The majority of this project leads fans to TIAA Bank Field and Daily’s Place, providing a safe, smooth ride to see the Jags play or enjoy a concert by some of the country’s biggest acts!
