Over the past year members of our Duval Asphalt team participated in the Crestcom Leadership Training facilitated by Tony Davis. This program is designed to develop leadership skills in key areas such as communication, team building, decision making, and strategic thinking. Each session focuses on actionable items that can be implemented immediately in the workplace.

With the new year starting, leadership training has begun again, and a new group of Duval Asphalt employees has started the training.
